The PWGSC Vancouver office provides procurement servicesto the public in English.

Requirement:

National Research Council Canada (NRC), Vancouver, British Columbia requires a fuel cell test station for carrying out performance and degradation testing as well as electrochemical characterization of a 5 cell, 800W stack.  The load for the stack is to be controlled by a programmable load bank.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement, the World Trade Organization Agreement on GovernmentProcurement, Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement and the Agreement on Internal Trade.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
