The PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
English.


Requirement:

Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) Environmental
Services Division (ESD) Pacific Region has a requirement for
sustainable building assessment and advisory services for
federal clients in British Columbia and Yukon.  Depending upon
the project scope and location of work, the Contractor may be
required to complete tasks in accordance with applicable
federal, British Columbia, or Yukon legislation.  

The required services can include:  

A)	Characterization of buildings wastewater systems and
wastewater quality,
B)	Building energy and retro-commissiong studies, and
C)	Other field and desktop studies related to sustainable
building systems and operations.

Canada intends to award two Task Authorization Contract with a
total estimated spend of $1,120,000.00 (including applicable
taxes) over four years.

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

The requirement is subject to the Comprehensive Land Claim
Agreements in the Yukon Territories.

procurement.
