REQUIREMENT:
Defence R&D Canada (DRDC) Suffield, a division of Department of
National Defence has a requirement for a sixty (60) month lease
of one (1) new Production Colour Copier with RIP.  This Contract
is for the lease, delivery and installation of the equipment as
well as any training that would be necessary to allow users to
access all of the required features of the equipment.  DRDC will
retain ownership of the Fiery RIP hard drives at the end of the
lease and the vendor must wipe clean the memory in the copier
for all jobs that have been photocopied, prior to removal of the
copier at the end of the lease.

PLEASE NOTE: BIDDERS WILL BE REQUIRED T0 SUBMIT PRINTED SAMPLES
OF ELECTRONIC FILES PROVIDED BY PWGSC AS PER ANNEX A. THESE
FILES MUST BE REQUESTED FROM THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY A MINIMUM
OF 15 DAYS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE.

Delivery Date

The Hardware must be received on or before June 1, 2012.

EVALUATION PROCEDURES AND BASIS OF SELECTION
Bids will be evaluated to ensure compliance with all of the
requirements of this solicitation including all mandatory
technical criteria as described at Annex A - Requirement

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price per point
will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
