Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)’s Environmental Services requires biological assessment and management services for PWGSC and other federal clients in British Columbia and Yukon. 

Services required may include: assessments of biota, habitats, and related ecological services and functions; assessments of projects and programs implemented to protect biological resources; design, implementation and monitoring of habitat restoration, rehabilitation, or replacement projects; on-site environmental protection monitoring and supervision of construction project activities, and management and control of invasive species.

It is expected that PWGSC will award up to four (4) Contracts as a result of this Request for Proposal. The overall estimated value of work to be distributed amongst successful bidders is up to $3,675,000.00 (including applicable taxes). The period of the Contracts will be from date of award until March 31, 2021, with the option to extend the Contract for one additional 1-year period.
