This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 31019-214260/A dated 2020/12/30 with a closing of 2021/02/02 at 02:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.

REQUIREMENT: The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) require one (1) AC (alternating current) load bank suitable for a 600 Volts, 60 Hz, 3-phase power system either connected in Wye configuration or Delta configuration to be installed at the NRC facility in Vancouver, BC. The work to be provided by the Supplier consists of supply, delivery and installation support of the system at the NRC address and training on equipment use as described herein.

The unit prices below shall be firm and in Canadian funds including Canadian customs duties, excise taxes, and delivery charges which are to be Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to destination as indicated herein.

DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

There is no security requirement associated with this requirement.

The work to be provided by the Contractor consists of supply, and delivery of the system to the NRC address which must be completed on or before the preferred date of December 31, 2021 but the final completion date is March 31, 2022.
