REQUIREMENT:

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase spare parts in support of the Victoria Class Submarines, which are to be delivered to Halifax, Nova Scotia and to Victoria, British-Columbia.

This procurement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program. The Defence production Act defines Canadian Controlled Goods as certain goods listed in Canada’s Export Control List, a regulation made pursuant to the Export and Import Permits Act (EIPA).

Delivery Date: As soon as possible.

Bids will remain open for acceptance for a period of not less than 90 days from the closing date of the bid solicitation.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
