SOFA BEDS AND LINENS - 19 WING COMOX 
REQUIREMENT: DND has a requirement to purchase new linens for the quarters serviced by Wing Accommodations at 19 Wing Comox.
Bidders may bid on one or both categories. Bids must be assessed and contracts awarded on a per category basis. In the event that the same Bidder wins more than one category, a single contract containing the categories won by the same Bidder may be awarded.  
PERIOD OF CONTRACT: All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2017.
The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2018 inclusive.
TRADE AGREEMENTS: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process.  Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.  The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
