REQUIREMENT: The PSPC Esquimalt Graving Dock operates a 150 tonne Level Luffing Portal Crane to support the ship repair companies operating at the facility. Both main hoist lines are approaching the end of their useful service life and must be replaced. This is considered to be a critical operational requirement with safety and health implications.

DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
