Canada, on behalf of Department of National Defence (DND), CFB
Esquimalt, Victoria, British Columbia, has a requirement for a
Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) to provide goods and
services required for key cutting, lock repair, lock
installation, lock replacement, installation and repairs of exit
and entrance door hardware (e.g.panic bars and related
hardware). 
Services, inclusive of labour, materials, supervision and
transportation shall be provided on an if and when requested
basis, to various DND work sites in the Victoria area. The
period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from
the date of issuance of the Standing Offer to 2014-Dec-31. If
the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial
period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for an additional
one year period, from 2015-Jan-01 to 2015-Dec-31.

Total annual estimated expenditure: $20,000 GST/HST excluded.
