This notice is to advise ALL interested bidders that in order to
be awarded a contract which contains a security requirement, all
bidders MUST hold a valid Security Clearance granted or approved
by PWGSC Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) at the
level indicated in this solicitation document.


The Department of National Defense in Esquimalt BC, has a
requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for
kitchen canopy cleaning services on an as and when requested
basis.


A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Thursday August
14th, 10am. Bidders are requested to communicate with the
Contracting Authority no later than 1 day before the scheduled
visit to confirm attendance and provide the names of the
person(s) who will attend.

Tendering Service.


It is the responsibility of the Offeror to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained
and addressed in the submitted offer.

Offerors intending to submit offers should obtain solicitation

when issued, will be available on GETS. Offerors basing their
