Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Laboratory Furniture F1007-170028/A Grieve, Bronwen Telephone No. - (250) 514-3757 ( ) Fax No. - (250) 363-3344 ( ) LABORATORY FURNITURE REQUIREMENT: The successful bidder will provide custom built, laboratory-quality benches with bench tops and cabinets for the Aquatic Animal Health molecular biology lab on 3rd floor of the Pacific Biological Station (PBS) in Nanaimo, BC PERIOD OF CONTRACT: The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2018 inclusive. DELIVERY DATE: All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2018. TRADE AGREEMENTS: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). CANADIAN CONTENT: The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services. DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Further specifications and information are contained in the solicitation package. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
