SUMMARY

Request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO), on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), CFB Esquimalt, Victoria, BC, to provide service required for Repairs & Provision of Parts including Annual Inspections and Preventative Maintenance on an as and when requested basis for various types of kitchen equipment at various locations.  

The period of the Standing Offer is three (3) years from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer with the option to extend for an additional two (2) periods of one (1) year each under the same conditions.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
