STANDING OFFER - AIR FILTERS

The Public Health Agency (PHAC), located in Winnipeg Manitoba,
has a requirement for Air Filters on an "as and when" requested
basis for two years from date of issuance, with three
consecutive, one (1) year option periods. The successful bidder
must provide the products in accordance with the Requirement
detailed in Annex "A".

A complete list of the mandatory specifications are detailed in
the solicitation document.

Delivery is FOB destination, including all shipping and
offloading charges, to Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),  the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT), and the World Trade Organization Agreement
on Governement Procurement. (WTO-AGP).

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
