    Refrigeration Inspection and Repair Services  
    
    To provide all labour, materials, tools, equipment,
    transportation and supervision necessary to perform complete
    refrigeration inpsection and repair services on behalf of the
    Canadian Science Centre for Human and Animal Helath (CSCHAH) in
    Winnipeg, Manitoba.  The services will be provided on an as and
    when requested basis.  The period of the Contract is from date
    of Contract award to 31 July 2017 with Canada retaining an
    irrevocable option to extend the Contract for a period of three
    (3) additional consecutive one (1) year periods.  Work shall be
    completed in accordance with the Statement of Work and terms and
    conditions as specified in the solicitation document.  
    
    The Contractor must, all all times during the performance of the
    Contract, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level
    of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security
    Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada
    (PWGSC).
    
    The Contractor personnel requiring access to sensitive work
    site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at
    the level of SECRET, granted of approved by CISD/PWGSC.
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT -  It is recommended that the Bidders or a
    representative of the Bidder visit the work site.  Arrangements
    have been made for a tour of the work site.  The site visit will
    be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 9:30 a.m, at 1015 Arlington
    Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
    
    Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
    Authority no later than Friday,  June 12th, 2015 to confirm
    attendance and provide the name(s) of the person who will
    attend.  Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will
    not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be
    precluded from submitting a bid.  Any clarifications or changes
    to the bid solicitation resulting from the site bvisit will be
    included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
