Plant Growth Room 

Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada, Saskatoon Research Centre,
Saskatoon, SK has a requirement for the  supply, delivery and
installation of one (1) plant growth room as detailed herein to
be delivered on or before December 31, 2015. 

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the
site visit to be held at Saskatoon Research Centre, 107 Science
Place, Saskatoon, SK on March 11, 2015.  The site visit will
begin at 13:00 Central Standard Time.  

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later
than 16:00 Central Standard Time on March 9, 2015 to confirm
attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet.
Bidders should confirm in their bid that they have attended the
site visit. 

Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not
send a representative will not be given an alternative
appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Peru Free Trade
Agreement, Columbia Free Trade Agreement, Panama Free Trade
Agreement and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

Offerors must submit a list of names, or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
Instructions  2003.
