Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Pest Control Services W684E-20LP12/A Aquino, Jill Telephone No. - (431) 373-1718 ( ) Line 1, Pest Control Services Revised Closing Date: 2021-10-19 The Department of National Defence (DND), Real Properties Operations Section Edmonton (RPOS(E)), has a requirement for Pest Control Services, including the removal and disposal of live or dead animals in, under, or around buildings at CFB Edmonton and training area, Cardiff Transmitter Site, and Riverbend Receiver Site. The period of the contract will be from approximately November 1, 2021 to October 31, 2024 with 2 (TWO), 1-Year options to extend from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025 and November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026. SECURITY REQUIREMENT There are security requirements associated with this requirement. Important Notice to Bidders: Conditional Set-Aside Under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business This procurement is conditionally set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business. In order to be considered, the Bidder must certify that it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB. If bids from two (2) or more Aboriginal businesses are compliant with the terms of the Request for Proposal, the contracting authority will limit the competition to those Aboriginal businesses and will not consider bids from any non-Aboriginal businesses that may have been submitted.
