Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Intranet Content Management Softwar The National Energy Board (NEB or Board) an independent federal agency established in 1959 by the Parliament of Canada, has a requirement for a commercially available software solution replacement for its present Intranet (called iWeb) as a platform for communication and distribution of information throughout the organization. The current Intranet is approximately 7 years old, and built upon the SharePoint 2007 platform; Replacement of the intranet has become necessary for two reasons, usability and the aging technology behind it; The NEB is currently seeking a replacement software solution for an intranet product. This product will be able to leverage SharePoint 2016 and will provide the NEB with an accelerated method of deploying a modern, effective intranet to its employee’s in 2017; The NEB’s intranet will contain both English and French content and while the implementation of a bilingual site will not be part of the initial roll out it is something that is planned within the term of the contract; install, configure, and update the Intranet solution for a high-reliable and high-performance configuration; The Contractor must support the transition of operational user and IT staff by providing operational and technical system training and assisting in developing optimized operating processes for employment of the integrated software solution; There is a mandatory requirement for bidders’ to submit a system demonstration disk associated with this requirement. The contract will be for a period of three (3) years, plus one (1) year option The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American FreeTrade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
