The Department of National Defence, 17 Wing Winnipeg,
Transportation and Electrical and Mechanical Engineering has a
requirement for supply and install of Auxillary Power Units
(APU) on Sterling transport tractors. The APU unit must be
stand-alone withs its own diesel engine, altenator and
generator; cooling and heating system; and air conditioning
compressor. The unit will include climate control and electrical
power for the sleeper cab. The APU must be integrated with
tractors engine blockand fuel heater systems, and include
automatic start  feature.

procurement.
