The Department of National Defence (DND) requires one all-weather mobile workout container with a plethora of gym equipment to support The First Regiment Royal Canadian Horse Artillery. 

Through evaluation of its training initiatives and the future objectives it has forecasted, The First Regiment Royal Canadian Horse Artillery is continuing to transform the way it trains its soldiers. The First Regiment Royal Canadian Horse Artillery (1 RCHA) presently utilizes standard gym equipment and static workout machines in a Regimentally housed gym. The equipment is extremely difficult to mobilize to different locations including during field exercises,Regimental challenges, or overseas on operations. Soldiers will be able to utilize a mobile workout container to maintain a high level of fitness which is required of all soldiers in the Canadian Armed Forces.

The requirements consist of supply and delivery of the system.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
