    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement, on behalf of the Canadian Coast Guard in St. John’s, NL, for the provision of an aircraft charter for crew changes for the following vessels, locations, and dates: 
    
    CCGS Terry Fox
    Thursday, July 27, 2017 to Resolute, NU and return.  Departing from St. 
    John’s, NL for 33 passengers and 5,000 lbs. of cargo.
    
    CCGS Henry Larsen
    Wednesday, August 2, 2017 to Thule, Greenland and return.  Departing from St. John’s, NL for 58 passengers and 5,000 lbs. of cargo.
    
    CCGS Terry Fox
    Thursday, September 7, 2017 to Resolute, NU and return.  Departing from 
    St. John’s, NL for 33 passengers and 5,000 lbs. of cargo.
    
    CCGS Henry Larsen
    Wednesday, September 13, 2017 to Resolute, NU and return.  Departing from St. John’s, NL for 48 passengers and 5,000 lbs. of cargo.

    Mandatory Requirements:
    
    Aircraft must be capable of carrying 5,000 pounds of cargo to and from destinations
    
    Fifty (50) pounds of luggage per person to and from destinations must 
    be allowed
    
    Full beverage service and in-flight meals are to be included in the 
    firm price for each flight
    
    As personnel change locations are sometimes subject to change on short notice, service provider must be licensed to transport passengers outside of and back to Canada
    
    Aircraft must be gravel runway equipped since the vessel program may result in a change to thecrew change location
    
    Covered storage for perishables must be provided while waiting for transfer to the vessel in crew change locations
    
    Ground transportation must be provided at Airport Hangers
