    SUMMARY:
    
    The Technical Statement of Requirement is as follows:
    
    a. Carry out the design, construction, test, trial and delivery of Two (2) 11 to 11.5 m Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats (RHIB) and trailer for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in accordance with the associated Technical Specifications detailed in the Technical Statement of Requirement as Annexe A. 
    
    
    OPTIONAL GOODS:
     
     The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to acquire two (2) boats with trailer, described at Annex A of the Contract under the same conditions and at the prices and/or rates stated in the Contract. The option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority and will be evidenced, for administrative purposes only, through a contract amendment.
    
     The Contracting Authority may exercise the option within 12 months after contract award 
    
    DELIVERY:
    
    Delivery of the boats and all other deliverables are required by the contract to be at destination For Boat 1 on or before 31 May, 2019. Boat 2 on or before June 30, 2019.
    
    
    TRADE AGREEMENTS:
    
    The sourcing strategy related to this procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and exempt from NAFTA and WTO as per section 1001.b-1. and Appendix 1 Annex 1 respectively.
