This requirement is open only to those invited SBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the domain for Business Transformation. The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal. 1. Accenture Inc. 2. ADGA Group Consultants Inc. 3. CM Inc. 4. Deloitte Inc. 5. Ernst & Young LLP 6. KPMG LLP 7. Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP 8. Systematix IT Solutions Inc. 9. TELUS Communications Company Description of the requirement: Strategic Advisory Services The Department of Public Works has a requirement for services of a Contractor to provide strategic advice and support for the Acquisitions Program Transformation (APT) project. The initial requirement is for a Stategic Context Report (draft & final). With the Strategic Context Report, PWGSC requires PowerPoint presentations suitable for various levels of Senior Management, including: Assistant Deputy Ministers, Deputy Ministers, and Ministers. As a minimum the Strategic Context Report must contain an Environmental Scan, Strategic Analysis and Opportunities and Threats. Along with the report, this requirement is for optional services, on an "as-and-when" required basis, for expert and independent reporting, analysis, review, opinion and advice to support decision-making by AB, PWGSC Executive, the PWGSC Minister, Central Agencies such as Treasury Board, and other stakeholders. The proposed period of contract shall be from date of award to two (2) years later. Conflict of Interest The Work to be performed by the Contractor under the Contract is related to the preparation of bid solicitation documents and may include the drafting of statements of work and evaluation criteria, as well as conducting project assessments and evaluations. The Acquisition Digital Project plans to prepare and evaluate requests for proposals relating to the procurement of commercial off the shelf software. The Contractor agrees that, in order to avoid any conflict of interest or appearance of conflict of interest, the Contractor, its subcontractors and their respective employees involved in the Work, will not be eligible to bid, either as prime contractor or subcontractor, on any requirement resulting from or related to the Work performed under the Contract, including, without limitation, the APT projects listed below: Acquisitions Program E-Procurement Solution (all solicitations under #EN578-131350) Other APT Projects identified by the Project Authority where the Work performed by the Contractor may result in a conflict of interest or appearance of conflict of interest Furthermore, any bid that would involve the Contractor, any of its subcontractors and their respective employees will be declared non-responsive.
