This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 (< $2M) for services in the National Capital Region for the following category:
 - Stream 4: Business Services - B.7 Business Transformation Architect (English)(Level 3)

Description of Work:

The Digital Services Branch (DSB) of Public Works and Government Services Canada requires the services and support of B.7 Business Transformation Architect (English)(Level 3) resources on an "as and when requested" basis as DSB improves and digitally transforms the delivery of its enterprise-wide and departmental processes and services. 

It is anticipated that one (1) "as and when requested" contract will be awarded. The contract period will be for 780 days or 18 months, whichever one comes first, from the date of contract award with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two (2) additional periods of 260 billable days or one-year each, whichever comes first.

Bidders must submit a bid for the resource category identified. Only one (1) resource will be evaluated as part of this bid solicitation. Additional resources will only be assessed after contract award once specific tasks are requested of the Contractor. The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource. 

Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #34 applies
Minimum Corporate Security Required: Facility Security Clearance (FSC) - Secret
