The PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
English.

Requirement:

The Agiculture and Agri-Food Canada Department has a requirement
for a Forage Plot Harvester to be delivered to:  Agriculture and
Agri-Food Canada Research Centre, 6947 #7 Highway, Agassiz, BC.

This purchase is to replace existing 25 year old plot harvester
which harvests all grass plots for the environment and nutrient
management program. This machine is used to harvest an average
of 1200 research plots a year. Many components of the existing
unit are no longer available and it is becoming increasingly
difficult to maintain operability and custom fabricate parts.
Down time due to emergency repairs has serious impact on current
and future research projects effecting collaborators both within
and outside Agriculture Canada, Science and Technology Branch.

All  deliverable requirements must be delivered on or before
March 31, 2014.

There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and  the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
