    AMENDMENT 002:
    Amendment No. 002 has been prepared for the following purpose to:
    a) publish answers to questions received so far by PWGSC; and
    b) apply amendments to the Request for Proposal.
    AMENDMENT 001:
    Amendment No. 001 has been prepared for the following purpose to:
    a) amend the time zone on the cover page; 
    b) amend the Attachment 1 to Part 3, Pricing Schedule;
    c) amend Annex A, Statement of Work; and
    d) amend Annex B, Basis of Payment.
    Given that amendment 001 does not change the scope of work, the closing date has not been extended.
    The Centre for Foreign Languages and Intercultural Learning (CFSL) of the Department of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Development has a requirement for foreign language training, testing and related services to be provided to its clients in the National CapitalRegion and in some cases, throughout Canada, the United States and overseas. 
    The Contractor may be required to provide foreign language training services on a full time or part time basis, to a group or to individual clients, at a distance or in classrooms which will be provided primarily by CFSL and at times by the Contractor.
    The Bidder could be required to provide the following services:
    -  Language Training services 
    -  Language Proficiency Testing services 
    -  Course Update, Designand Development services
    -  Test Update, Design and Development services
    -  Foreign Language Learning and Testing Product Design and Development services
    -  Research and Strategic Analysis Services Related to Foreign Language Training and Testing
    -  Advisory and Coordination Services Related to Foreign Language Training and Testing
    -  Classroom/Facility services
    The bid solicitation is intended to result in the award of one contract covering an initial period of one year, with the irrevocable option toextend the period of the contract by up to four additional one year periods under the same conditions.
