Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: EN891-180802/A Contracting Authority: Naomi Gautier Telephone: (819) 420-2073 Email: naomi.gautier@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) TITLE: Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) Services The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of the Receiver General for Canada requires a Contract with a single service provider for incoming Electronic Fund Transfer Service (EFT). This service is to cover payments made to the government by direct deposit and wire transfer that are denominated in Canadian dollars. Currently, sixty-seven (67) federal government departments and agencies, representing a total of ninety-eight (98) departmental offices accept direct deposits and wire transfers. The period of any resulting contract will be for four (4) years from date of contract, with an irrevocable option to extend the period of the Contract by one (1) additional one (1) year period plus a six (6) months transition under the same terms and conditions. The resulting contract will not include deliveries of services within locations within Yukon, Northwest Territorites, Nunavut, Quebec, or Labrador that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). Any requirements for deliveries of services within locations within Yukon, Northwest Territorites, Nunavut, Quebec, or Labrador that are subject to CLCAs will have to be treated as a separate procurement not forming part of the bid solicitation.
