Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: SENIOR ENGINEER INTERMEDIATE ENGINEER JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER W8485-141138 Duret, Gregory Telephone No. - (819) 956-0149 Email - Gregory.Duret@pwgsc.gc.ca The Department of National Defence (DND) Directorate of Aerospace Equipment Program Management (Transport and Helicopters) DAEPM (TH) 2 requires the technical professional services of a Senior Engineer, an Intermediate Engineer and a Junior Project Manager to perform various functions within the Deputy Weapon System Manager (D/WSM) organization. The role of DAEPM (TH) 2 is to provide project management, engineering and maintenance support to the CC130 Weapon System. DND requires technical professional services to provide support in aircraft material acquisition and support activities including the implementation of CC130 Optimized Weapons System Support (OWSS) contracts. Services provided must include assisting the Technical Authority with management of the Primary Air Vehicle (PAV) Optimized Weapons System Management (OWSM) contract and development, implementation and management of the Avionics and Propulsion Group OWSM contracts. In addition, the contractors must support the internal transformation of the WSM organization to the approved OWSM construct including assisting the Technical Authority with performing necessary program management, performance management, project control, and coordinating procurement management activities. The implementation of these contracts necessitated that the CC130 (WSM) Team undergo a redesign to support the new contracting approach that will utilize an Integrated Product Team management framework. This included the establishment of a new organization within the WSM under the management of a D/WSM. The period of the Contract is for two (2) years from date of Contract award with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three additional one-year periods. This procurement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program. This Bid Solicitation is issued against the Technical Engineering and Maintenance Services Supply Arrangement (TEMS SA), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) File No. E60ZH-070002, all terms and conditions of the TEMS SA apply and shall be incorporated into any resulting contract. The requirement described herein is open only to PWGSC TEMS Pre-qualified suppliers in the following TEMS SA Streams: - Stream 1 - General Administration Services. - Stream 2 - General Engineering and Related Services. This requirement is covered under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Opportunities (WTO-AGP).
