The Department of National Defence (DND) Directorate of
Aerospace Equipment Program Management (Transport and
Helicopters) DAEPM (TH) 2 requires the technical professional
services of a Senior Engineer, an Intermediate Engineer and a
Junior Project Manager to perform various functions within the
Deputy Weapon System Manager (D/WSM) organization. The role of
DAEPM (TH) 2 is to provide project management, engineering and
maintenance support to the CC130 Weapon System.

DND requires technical professional services to provide support
in aircraft material acquisition and support activities
including the implementation of CC130 Optimized Weapons System
Support (OWSS) contracts. Services provided must include
assisting the Technical Authority with management of the Primary
Air Vehicle (PAV) Optimized Weapons System Management (OWSM)
contract and development, implementation and management of the
Avionics and Propulsion Group OWSM contracts. In addition, the
contractors must support the internal transformation of the WSM
organization to the approved OWSM construct including assisting
the Technical Authority with performing necessary program
management, performance management, project control, and
    coordinating procurement management activities.

The implementation of these contracts necessitated that the
CC130 (WSM) Team undergo a redesign to support the new
contracting approach that will utilize an Integrated Product
Team management framework. This included the establishment of a
new organization within the WSM under the management of a D/WSM.

The period of the Contract is for two (2) years from date of
Contract award with an irrevocable option to extend the term of
the Contract by up to three additional one-year periods.
