Helicopter Services Torpedo Recovery W2115-155003/A Campbell, Jeff Telephone No. - (819) 956-8500 Fax No. - (819) 956-9235 Canada requires a Contractor to provide the Department of National Defence, the Charterer, with the exclusive services of one (1) float equipped helicopter for the movement of personnel and equipment in support of Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and United States Navy (USN) operations on the Nanoose Range at the Canadian Forces Maritime Experimental and Test Ranges (CFMETR), Nanoose Bay, British Columbia. The area of operations includes, but is not restricted to, Winchelsea Island, Straits of Georgia and Juan de Fuca, the lower mainland and the State of Washington as specified in Annex A. The period of the Contract is from October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2017. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two additional one year periods under the same conditions. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out in the Basis of Payment. The national security exceptions provided for in the trade agreements have been invoked; therefore, this procurement is excluded from all of the obligations of all the trade agreements. Security Requirement The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). The Contractor personnel requiring access to PROTECTED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC. The Contractor personnel requiring access to CLASSIFIED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must be a citizen of Canada and must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC. The Contractor personnel requiring access to FOREIGN CLASSIFIED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must be a citizen of Canada or United States and must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC. The Contractor MUST NOT remove any CLASSIFIED information from the identified work site(s), and the Contractor/Offeror must ensure that its personnel are made aware of and comply with this restriction.
