Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: Suppliers on permanent list or able to meet qualification requirements Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement This requirement is for: Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) ESDC has a requirement for the following streams of categories: Workstream 1 - Application Services; Workstream 2 - Programmer/Analyst Services; and Workstream 3 - IM/IT Services. The requirement for Workstream 1 - Application Services is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2 in the National Capital Region under the EN578-055605/E series of SAs for the following categories: A.1 Application/Software Architect, Level 2; A.8 System Analyst, Level 2; A.10 Test Coordinator, Level 2; and A.11 Tester, Level 2. The requirement for Workstream 2 - Programmer/Analyst Services is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2 in the National Capital Region under the EN578-055605/E series of SAs for the following categories: A.7 Programmer/Analyst, Level 2; and A.7 Programmer/Analyst, Level 3. The requirement for Workstream 3 - IM/IT Services is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2 in the National Capital Region under the EN578-055605/E series of SAs for the following categories: I.2 Database Administrator (DBA), Level 3; I.3 Database Analyst/IM Administrator, Level 3; I.4 Database Modeller/IM Modeller, Level 3; I.5 IM Architect, Level 2; I.10 Technical Architect, Level 2; and I.11 Technology Architect, Level 3. Description of the requirement: Workstream 1 - Application Services: ESDC requires an "as and when requested" contracts that satisfy the need for application resources to be readily available for implementation into various projects while accommodating project and/or initiative time constraints. It is anticipated that up to two contract will be awarded to meet this requirement. Workstream 2 - Programmer/Analyst Services: ESDC requires an "as and when requested" contracts that satisfy the need for programmer/analyst resources to be readily available for implementation into various projects while accommodating project and/or initiative time constraints. It is anticipated that up to three contracts will be awarded to meet this requirement. Workstream 3 - IM/IT Services: ESDC requires an "as and when requested" contracts that satisfy the need for IM/IT resources to be readily available for implementation into various projects while accommodating project and/or initiative time constraints. It is anticipated that up to two contracts will be awarded to meet this requirement. Proposed period of contract: The contract period will be for three years from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend the contract period for up to two additional one-year periods.
