1.	REQUIREMENT

This bid solicitation is a re-tender of the requirement
described in bid solicitation number W8482-145969/A dated
2013-11-21 with a bid closing date of 2014-01-07 at 02:00 PM;
this document replaces the previous version entirely.
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement
of The Department of National Defence (the "Client") for one (1)
EMSEC Security Specialist and one (1) Certified TEMPEST
Professional to provide support to the Naval EMSEC Control
Program. 

2.	SECURITY

Bidders must hold a valid organization security clearance at the
level of Top Secret, with approved Document Safeguarding at the
level of Top Secret, to be awarded a contract under this bid
solicitation.  Resources requested will require a security
clearance at the level of either Secret or Top Secret, to be
specified at the issuance of individual task authorizations
after contract award.  For additional information on security

3.	TRADE AGREEMENTS

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile
Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade
Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement
(CColFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA) if
it is in force, and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

Sell Website.
