Description of Work:

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of 
Indian Oil and Gas Canada (the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics 
Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) 
method of supply. Canada requires IT Professional Services with 
expertise in designing, developing,and implementing systems in the Oil 
and Gas Industry specifically royalty management or production 
accounting, using an iterative test-driven development approach. The 
Contractor must provide resources on an as-and-when requested basis to 
design, develop, test, implement, and support Resource Information 
Management System 2 (RIMS2).

This procurement contains security requirements.

It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract, for three 
(3) years plus 2 one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend 
the term of the contract.
