This RFP is only open to pre-qualified Suppliers under Stream 2:
Practice Inspections, of the Professional Audit Support Services
(PASS) Supply Arrangement (E60ZG-060004/G).

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: 

Canada seeks to establish one (1) Contract under the PASS SA,
Stream 2: Practice Inspections, for the Office of Audit and
Evaluation (OAE), of Public Works and Government Services Canada
(PWGSC).  

The work will be performed in the National Capital Region. 

DURATION OF CONTRACT:
From the date of Contract Award to 30 April 2015, with an
irrevocable option granted by the Contractor to Canada to
provide additional services during the Contract Period.       

EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY:

Combination of Mandatory and Point Rated Technical Criteria,
with a minimum pass mark. The basis of selection is Highest
Combined Rating of Technical Merit (30%) and Price (70%).

SECURITY REQUIREMENT:

Facility Security Clearance (FSC) required
Personnel Security Clearance (Secret level) required

CLOSING DATE:

The Request for Proposal closes at 14:00 EDT on 27 August 2014.

from the Contracting Officer to the PASS SA Stream 2
pre-qualified Suppliers invited to bid on this requirement.
