Correctional Services Canada (CSC) requires Real Property Project Support Services to assist the Technical Services and Facilities branch in the planning and delivery of Facility Maintenance, Construction, Accommodations or Electronic Security Systems project which is Real Property Project Management Services.

The requirement is from date of Contract to two (2) years later with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the contract by up to two (2) additional one year period, under the same conditions.

The Contractor will have to provide the services on an "as and when requested" basis as initiated through Task Authorizations after contract award as identified in accordance with the Annex “A“ Statement of Work.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

NOTE: Task-Based Professional Services (TSPS) Method of Supply is refreshed on an annual basis. If you wish to find out how you can be a “Qualified SA Holder”, please contact spts.tsps@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca.
