RECYC-QUÉBEC souhaite s’adjoindre les services de Transporteurs en mesure de fournir des services de collecte et de transport de Pneus hors d’usage à partir des Points de collecte des régions vers des Centres de traitement afin d’assurer la mise en œuvre du Programme québécois de gestion des pneus hors d'usage. Il y a actuellement plus de 11 000 Points de collecte inscrits au Programme répartis en dix-sept (17) régions géographiques. Tel que plus amplement défini au mandat, le présent appel d’offres vise la sélection d’un adjudicataire pour chaque région. Ainsi, dix-sept (17) contrats à exécution sur demande seront octroyés. Un soumissionnaire peut soumissionner pour une seule ou plusieurs régions, étant entendu qu’un même soumissionnaire peut se voir octroyer plusieurs contrats. Les contrats sont pour une période maximale de trente-six (36) mois, soit du 1er janvier 2021 au 31 décembre 2023. Les contrats prendront fin automatiquement à l’arrivée du premier de ces deux termes, soit (1) l’atteinte de la limite de responsabilité financière du contrat ou (2) le 31 décembre 2023,
