Description
La direction des technologies, et plus particulièrement son centre de services informatiques (CSI), dispose d’une équipe de techniciens en soutien informatique de niveau 1 et de conseillers en soutien informatique de niveau 2. La mission de cette équipe est de prendre en charge les incidents et les demandes de services acheminés par les utilisateurs du ministère. Le MEI souhaite retenir les services d’un prestataire de service, capable de fournir des ressources qualifiées en soutien informatique. Plus spécifiquement, afin d’assurer une stabilité au sein de l’équipe du centre de services informatiques (CSI), pour les trois (3) prochaines années, la Direction des technologies (DT) désire avoir recours : *Dans les quatre (4) semaines qui suivent la signature du contrat et pour la durée de celui-ci: -À deux (2) techniciens au soutien informatique de niveau 1 dans ses bureaux de Québec; -À un (1) technicien au soutien informatique de niveau 1 dans ses bureaux de Montréal; -À un (1) conseiller au soutien informatique de niveau 2 dans ses bureaux de Québec. *Également, pour combler des besoins éventuels et pour la durée résiduelle du contrat: -Jusqu’à deux (2) techniciens au soutien informatique de niveau 1 dans ses bureaux de Québec; -Jusqu’à deux (2) technicien au soutien informatique de niveau 1 dans ses bureaux de Montréal; -À un (1) conseiller au soutien informatique de niveau 2 dans ses bureaux de Québec.
