Réalisation du lot 1 de la phase 1 du projet de mise en valeur de la Cité administrative, soit le réaménagement des abords de l'hôtel de ville de Montréal (parterres adjacents aux rues Notre-Dame et Gosford). Les travaux incluent notamment des travaux de construction divers (conduites d'eau potable et d'égout hors rues, trottoirs, bordures, escaliers, murets, garde-corps, mise en œuvre de pavés et dalles de granite, etc.), des travaux d’éclairage de rues et d’aménagement paysager. À noter que ces travaux seront réalisés sous la gérance de l’entrepreneur Pomerleau, dans le cadre du grand chantier en cours pour la restauration et la mise aux normes de l'hôtel de ville. Ces travaux de réaménagement des abords du bâtiment devront être entièrement complétés en 2023
