Le Centre Universitaire de Santé McGill (CUSM) souhaite obtenir un contrat d’approvisionnement d’appareil qui fournit une assistance ventilatoire mécanique de type support de vie, de façon continue ou intermittente à des personnes nécessitant une ventilation prolongée. La présente représente les besoins du PNAVD (Programme Nationale d’Assistance Ventilatoire à Domicile) et de sa clientèle. Le produit requis est pour un modèle spécifique (ventilateur Trilogy EVO et accessoires) car, selon nos statistiques, un nombre significatif de patients atteints de maladie neuromusculaire auront des prescriptions de ventilation avec pièce buccale (MPV).
