Dans le cadre du présent appel d'offres, le MHICC souhaite mettre en place un système de gestion de la qualité électronique basé sur le flux de travail et fournissant un routage intelligent pour déplacer les événements et les documents liés à la qualité dans différents départements de l'entreprise afin d'assurer la qualité du produit ou du service. Le système de gestion de la qualité électronique comprendra une variété de modules, notamment : Contrôle des documents Gestion des audits Gestion des fournisseurs Déviations Non-conformités Plans d’actions correctives et préventives Formation des employés Cet appel d'offres inclura la configuration technique du système de gestion de la qualité, l'intégration, l’implémentation incluant la validation et la formation, et l'abonnement continu aux modules sélectionnés pour environ 65 utilisateurs, dont 4 seront des administrateurs.
