Le cahier des charges ainsi que le bordereau de soumission peuvent être consultés ou obtenus auprès du bureau du Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO), à partir du jeudi 16 mars 2023, selon les modalités et les coûts indiqués sur le site du SEAO à l’adresse suivante : www.seao.ca. RÉCEPTION : Les soumissions, présentées dans des enveloppes scellées et intitulées SOUMISSION TP2023-26 – Travaux de mise à niveau du poste de pompage Hombourg, doivent parvenir, en version papier seulement, à l’adresse indiquée ci-dessous avant dix heures (10 h), le vendredi 14 avril 2023, où elles seront ouvertes publiquement : Service du greffe Hôtel de Ville de Lorraine 33, boulevard De Gaulle Lorraine (Québec) J6Z 3W9 Les soumissions doivent se conformer aux instructions des documents de soumission.
