La Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec, ci-après appelée la Régie, personne morale légalement constituée et ayant son siège au 1125, Grande Allée Ouest, Québec (Québec) G1S 1E7, requiert, par le présent appel d’offres, des soumissions de prestataires de services pour la réalisation du projet suivant : PROJET : Services professionnels en architecture Les services professionnels à fournir sont ceux établis au Recueil des politiques de gestion applicable à la spécialité d’architecture au fichier des fournisseurs (décret 193-2023 et ses modifications). Le présent appel d’offres visant l’obtention de services professionnels en architecture. Le prestataire de services doit démontrer dans sa soumission qu’il possède toute les compétences professionnelles spécialisées et qu’il dispose de toutes les expertises requises et nécessaires à la réalisation des projets, dans le respect des échéanciers établis à la Régie. Le prestataire de services retenu sera celui dont la soumission conforme aura obtenu la note finale la plus élevée pour la qualité, en fonction des besoins et exigences exprimés dans les présents documents d’appel d’offres.
