Description
La MRC de La Haute-Côte-Nord demande des soumissions pour effectuer le transport des déchets, matières recyclables et des résidus de CRD entre les sites de transfert et les lieux de traitement. Le soumissionnaire doit être en mesure d’effectuer le transport par camion semi-remorque 53 pieds ou toute proposition jugée équivalente. Le soumissionnaire peut déposer une soumission; s’il le fait, cela doit être fait pour tous les lots suivants: Lot no 1 : Transport des matières recyclables à partir des Bergeronnes; Lot no 2 : Transport des déchets à partir des Bergeronnes; Lot no 3 : Transport des résidus de CRD à partir des Bergeronnes et de Portneuf-sur-Mer. Il est obligatoire de déposer une soumission pour chacun des lots, car les lots seront octroyés à un seul soumissionnaire. Le contrat débutera le 1er novembre 2023 pour tous les lots. En raison de la Modernisation de la collecte sélective, le lot 1 des matières recyclables se termine le 31 décembre 2024, mais comporte deux (2) options de renouvellement d’une année chacune au choix de la MRC. Pour les lots 2 et 3, le contrat ferme se termine le 31 décembre 2025 et comporte une année d’option de renouvellement au choix de la MRC.
