Le Centre Intégré de Santé et de Services Sociaux de Chaudière-Appalaches (CISSS-CA, l'« ORGANISME PUBLIC ») recherche un fournisseur en mesure de fournir aux employé(e)s des services techniques des vêtements de travail réguliers (en tissus polyester/coton et 100 % coton) et des vêtements de travail en tissu ignifuge répondant aux spécifications du devis technique du présent appel d’offres. Le contrat est pour une période d’une (1) année avec deux (2) options de renouvellement d’une (1) année chacune, pour une période totale de trois (3) années. Les quantités inscrites au bordereau de prix sont des quantités annuelles estimées et ne représentent nullement un engagement de la part du CISSS-CA. Le bordereau de prix représente une simulation pour l’attribution du contrat. Les quantités officielles seront confirmées par bons de commande.
