La Ville de Pointe-Claire ne s'engage à accepter ni la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues, ni à encourir aucun frais d'aucune sorte envers le ou les soumissionnaires. Les soumissions dans les enveloppes scellées seront reçues au comptoir des services administratifs jusqu’à 11H00, le 04 décembre 2023 et seront ouvertes le même jour, soit à 11H05, à l'Hôtel de Ville de Pointe-Claire.
