Les Travaux comprennent la fourniture des biens et services s’y rapportant, le tout tel que plus amplement décrit aux plans et devis, le tout conformément aux standards de l’ORGANISME PUBLIC, aux normes en vigueur, aux règles de l’art et aux exigences contenues dans les présents Documents d’Appel d’Offres. Le Palais des congrès de Montréal demeure en opération durant les Travaux. À moins qu'il n'en soit décidé autrement par les PARTIES conformément au Contrat, les Travaux doivent être exécutés selon l'Échéancier suivant: Début de début des Travaux : après la signature de l’avis d’adjudication Date de réception provisoire : au plus tard le 22 mars 2024 Date de réception définitive: au plus tard le 29 mars 2024
