Le projet de L’Institution royale pour l’avancement des sciences / Université McGill (l’« Université ») vise la requalification d’une portion du site original de l’hôpital Royal-Victoria et les immeubles qui y sont situés pour y abriter des laboratoires de recherche et d’enseignement, des salles de formation, ainsi que des espaces à bureau. Le lot L0409 concerne les travaux de restauration des façades historiques des pavillons E et L. VISITE DES LIEUX Les soumissionnaires désirant soumissionner peuvent asister à une visite principale des lieux. La visite principale est prévue le mardi 28 novembre 2023 à 10h00. ​ Adresse des lieux : 3848 rue University, Montréal, Québec H3A 2B4 Point de rencontre :Poste de sécurité au 4e étage du Pavillon C. Pour s’y rendre, il faudra se rendre au bout de la rue University, Dépasser la porte en métal noir sur laquelle la pancarte Pomerleau se retrouve.Entrer par la porte numéro 93 et marcher tout droit jusqu’au poste de sécurité.
