Description
BAnQ désire sélectionner un prestataire de services pour réaliser le resurfaçage de disques compacts, DVD et disques Blu-ray de la collection de la Grande Bibliothèque. L’appel d’offres vise environ quarante-cinq mille (45 000) surfaces de disques optiques provenant de la collection de la Grande Bibliothèque, soit environ trois cents (300) surfaces de disques optiques à traiter chaque semaine. À noter, ces quantités sont données à titre indicatif pour fins de calcul du plus bas soumissionnaire et ne constituent pas un engagement ferme de la part de BAnQ. Le contrat s’échelonnera sur une période de trente-six (36) mois à compter de l’émission de l’avis d’adjudication au prestataire de services retenu, et ce, en fonction du prix unitaire soumis au bordereau de prix (Annexe 2.00). Le prix soumis est ferme et non révisable pendant la durée du contrat. Les types de surfaces visés par le mandat sont les suivants : • Disque compact; • DVD; • Blu-ray.
