APPEL D'OFFRES Inspection des façades des tours La Corporation d’habitation Jeanne-Mance doit effectuer, avant la fin de l'année 2024, une vérification du caractère sécuritaire des façades de ses cinq bâtiments, chacun comptant de 12 à 14 étages. Le mandat confié au Consultant consiste, sommairement, à effectuer l’inspection des façades des cinq (5) tours de la Corporation et produire un seul rapport d’expertise indiquant qu’elles ne représentent aucune condition dangereuse, selon les exigences du Code de Sécurité, Loi sur le bâtiment (B-1.1, r3), en vigueur depuis le 18 mars 2013. S’il y a lieu, des recommandations visant à corriger les défauts pouvant contribuer au développement de conditions dangereuses doivent y être formulées. Le mandat confié au consultant inclut aussi la vérification annuelle des façades des cinq (5) tours pour les quatre (4) années qui suivent l’inspection détaillée (soit les années : 2025, 2026, 2027 et 2028). Cette vérification annuelle consiste à une inspection visuelle pour s’assurer qu’aucune façade ne présente une condition dangereuse à la sécurité du public. Le Consultant doit fournir tous les expertises et services requis à la bonne exécution de son Mandat.
