La Municipalité régionale de comté (MRC) de Pierre-De Saurel, à titre de représentant du regroupement d’achats comprenant la MRC de Pierre-De Saurel, le Développement économique de Pierre-De Saurel (DÉPS), la Société de transport collectif de Pierre-De Saurel (STC), le Réseau cyclable de la Sauvagine, le Parc éolien Pierre-De Saurel S.E.C. et 9232-3674 Québec inc. (commandité), requiert des soumissions pour des services professionnels d’auditeurs externes pour l’audit des états financiers couvrant les exercices débutants : Le 1er janvier 2024, et ce, pour un mandat de cinq (5) ans; Le 1er janvier 2024, et ce, pour un mandat de trois (3) ans avec une option de renouvellement de deux (2) ans. La MRC ne s’engage à accepter ni la soumission la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues et elle décline toute responsabilité à l’égard de l’un ou l’autre des soumissionnaires en cas de rejet de toutes les soumissions, et ce, pour chacun des organismes participant au regroupement d’achats. Le contrat est adjugé sur décision de chacun des conseils d’administration des organismes participants au regroupement, et un organisme du regroupement ne peut être lié d’aucune autre façon que par une résolution de son propre conseil d’administration. De plus, le soumissionnaire retenu pourra faire l’objet d’une évaluation de rendement selon les critères énoncés aux documents d’appel d’offres.
