L’OMHM procède à un appel d’offres public pour remplacement des conduits pour recirculation d’eau chaude aux Habitations Quesnel Coursol II, 2460, rue Saint-Antoine Ouest, Montréal dans l’arrondissement Sud-Ouest. Le projet consiste à réaliser tous les travaux conformément aux documents contractuels. Sans s’y limiter, la portée des travaux inclut l’installation d’une nouvelle boucle de recirculation incluant une nouvelle pompe de recirculation. Les travaux seront réalisés dans une tour de 6 étages construite en 1971. Elle comporte 75 logements dédiés aux familles, couples et personne seul. Une visite des lieux est prévue pour le 11 juin 2024 à 10h30 au 2460 St-Antoine.
