La Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec, ci-après appelée la Régie, personne morale légalement constituée et ayant son siège au 1125, Grande Allée Ouest, Québec (Québec) G1S 1E7, requiert, par le présent appel d’offres, des soumissions d’Entrepreneurs pour la réalisation du projet suivant : Mise aux normes des séparations coupe-feu. La Régie est à la recherche d’un Entrepreneur œuvrant dans le domaine de la construction afin de réaliser des travaux de mise aux normes des séparations coupe-feu. Le contrat de construction à intervenir sera d’une durée de 12 mois débutant le 16 septembre 2024. VISITE DES LIEUX OBLIGATOIRE  La Régie convie les Entrepreneurs à une visite des lieux  obligatoire qui a pour objet de fournir des renseignements additionnels sur les besoins à satisfaire et de répondre aux questions des Entrepreneurs sur tout aspect de l’appel d’offres. Les Entrepreneurs pourront assister à une seule des trois (3) visites organisées qui se tiendront à 14h, heure en vigueur localement, le 16 juillet 2024, ainsi qu’à 14h, heure en vigueur localement, le 20 et 22août 2024 à l’adresse suivante : 1125, Grande Allée Ouest, Hall d’entrée – RC Service de la gestion contractuelle (Poste de sécurité) Québec (Québec) G1S 1E7 Les Entrepreneurs doivent aviser le représentant de la Régie de leur présence au plus tard vingt-quatre (24) heures avant la date de la visite prévue. Les Entrepreneurs doivent se présenter au poste de sécurité du siège social de la Régie à leur arrivée et présenter une pièce d’identité reconnue avec photo.
